Village Plumbing team came to my rescue when my toliet unexpectedly starting overflowing and then draining and raining into my basement below at 8am in the morning! They were able come out within a few hours after calling and fully fixed the blockage in our sewer water line and cleaned up the area and then identified what may have caused the issue. They were hardworking, focused, nice and informative throughout the process. They are also locally owned, the owner went to Chapel Hill high school back in the day just like me! I have found my plumbing company for ANY service I need. They were WONDERFUL! Highly highly recommend!Services: Drain cleaning

I have been a customer for a year or two now and can’t say enough nice things. They are very experienced, thoughtful, professional and responsive. I had a situation yesterday that I thought was an emergency (turned out it definitely wasn’t) and they worked me into their busy day. Also, when the “leak” turned out to be something silly they were very kind about it instead of being annoyed (shout out to Matt!). They are great.
