This is my second time using urgent vet in Chapel Hill and both times were excellent. The staff there is top notch. They took good care of my fur baby. It was closing time and they never made me feel rushed.
The techs and vet I saw were friendly and efficient and gave great care to my pet. A little more than your regular vet but well worth it for an immediate need. The ability to “save your spot” online is awesome.
We have visited this UrgentVet twice in the past six months and had a great experience both times. Our first visit was due to our dog having sudden tooth pain and we were given medication to hold him over until we could get into our regular vet for a full dental exam and extraction. Our second visit was due to our dog suddenly showing UTI symptoms. They completed a urine test, and provided us pain medication and antibiotics. Both visits were quick and pleasant. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the office is extremely clean. We love that you can check-in online and the $99 exam fee is extremely reasonable.
