I originally started acupuncture here because my cholesterol was high and my doctor wanted to put me on a statin right away. However, after seeing Ning for just over a month, I was able to lower my cholesterol and not need the medicine. Ning is able to pinpoint exactly what I need at every session and prepare appropriate and proper herbs. She listens and knows exactly what to do each time and is honestly the most helpful practitioner I've been to. I have a lot of digestive and stress issues as well that she is able to treat in each session as well as with recommendations outside of the sessions. I can't praise her highly enough.
I've been a client at Triangle Acupuncture for years, and they are always accomodating and welcoming. While my needs have changed over time, great care is always taken to listen to me first and follow with a treatment that is exactly what I need for that point in time. Highly recommend!
Without a doubt, Triangle Acupuncture Clinic is the best in the Triangle. As a mid 40s man trying to stay active/fit, Jude and Chris are essential--with a deep understanding of both physiology, Western medicine and advanced Eastern practices. They take and resolve the inevitable tweaks and creaks that come with aging. If you have never tried acupuncture, you are in the most capable hands at TAC. Prior to them I tried yoga, dry needling, PT, massage and other acupuncturists to alleviate chronic back and joint pain. At best those provided temporary relief. With Jude and Chris, they systematically addressed the issues and have been essential to me being as healthy as possible.
