This is my go-to place as a senior runner. Always professional and attentive to my specific issues. I’ve had several different therapists, but they all have a keen sense of where the issues are. Will definitely be coming back especially after long runs.

Recommended by someone for being reasonably priced, I booked a 90-minute Table Bed Massage at Natural Spa (Chapel Hill, NC) for my birthday in late April 2024. The front-desk person (assuming to be also the owner) was nice in welcoming me with a birthday greeting! The massage helped rejuvenate me for the rest of the day (and beyond, today the day after). However, Natural Spa would do well to pay attention to Customer Service. I absolutely love this place! I always do the foot flexology and the back massage combo. 45 minutes each for a total of 90 minutes. Both Ms. Tina and Ms. CoCo are amazing!! They always make sure you are comfortable and they always ask you if you need the massage to be soft or hard according to your preference. It is a nice and refreshing experience just to ease your mind and wind down. I highly recommend them.
