i went to get gel nail polish done but first i had to get my acrylic nails removed. she was being really aggressive and told me not to do it again cus it’s bad for my nails (as if i asked for her input on what i do with MY nails…) anyways, after trying to scrape off the acrylic she pulled out the nail drill and was not being cautious because she filed down to my real nail multiple times and obvi it hurt so i jumped when i felt that burn and she didn’t not seem to care at all (so much for telling me what’s bad for my nails.) i don’t remember what color i got but you could see how splotchy and rushed it was done like girl be fr.

I was fearful of going here because of previous bad reviews but as others I thought I would give this place the benefit of the doubt. I requested a gel manicure for a special event I was leaving town for. The female owner wasn't very friendly at all (red flag) but I tipped her anyway. The gel manicure didn't even last five days (my evening gala was on the 6th day) before it was all peeling off, I had to cut my nails down completely to get rid of the rest of it and my nails looked awful with the white streak marks all over them. I just returned to complain. They said they would give me half my money back because I got a manicure, but I showed them what my "manicure" looked like for the event (very unsightly). She gave me half my money back in cash and then walked away! I've now disputed the balance on my credit card. Honestly, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!

I am so disappointed. This is my first and will be my last time at this nail salon. Went in for a dip and the lady cut the hell out of my fingers. Never once apologized. Very careless.
