Just came for my first consultation at Milan on Franklin street. Sophie and Alexis gave me the warmest welcome as soon as I arrived. Sophie then took me on a great tour with friendly conversation. She did a great job educating me on the process, risks, benefits, and their current promotions. Sophie was extremely personable and even though the Durham location is closer to my apartment, I will be coming back to this location:) Karla did a fantastic job on my Brazilian, I didn’t feel a thing! I highly recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal of Chapel Hill! The staff is always kind and accommodating. Chiaki is an excellent practitioner and is extremely knowledgeable of her craft. She prioritizes safety which is really important to me.

I love the results that I have seen throughout this time that I have been treating my armpit and entire face, it is very nice not to have to be waxing or shaving every time, I would definitely do it anywhere on the body, and The staff is always very nice, I love that they speak Spanish
