One can tell a lot about a business by what happens when things go wrong. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife during her visit to a friend in Chapel Hill. My order somehow got lost and upon inquiring about it, Miss Bettye immediately delivered the most beautiful flowers and refused to even take payment from me. This is a decent and honest business that cares for its customers.
