This was my first visit to this hand and stone, but let me tell you, this is by far THE BEST one out there. I had a facial by Shona and she made my skin so wonderful and cleansed. She really knows her stuff. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!
I had a wonderful facial with Annie! She was very thorough in meeting my skincare needs and made sure I was well taken care of. Good facial massage, too. Skincare products were recommended at the end of the appointment, but I did not feel pressured to purchase. I left with glowing skin!
Incredibly kind and helpful staff. I was able to call and make a gift card purchase for a specific dollar amount instead of being forced to choose a specific service online (since I have no idea what she’ll want to experience and asking her would have ruined the birthday surprise).
I received emails quickly after the transaction, and I was able to provide a happy birthday text with the image of the gift card within minutes.
[Of course an improvement would be the ability to make an online gift card purchase for any dollar amount instead of only a pre-specified package. This would be a great option for guys who have no idea what girls... read full review
