As a woman of color prone to hyperpigmentation, I am VERY particular about my skin and the team there have never disappointed me with their knowledge and care. I literally get comments on my skin everywhere I go from women of all ethnicities. Caty Jo knows my skin so well now that I can text her a picture of an issue I’m having and she will collaborate with the medical director, Rachel, to suggest tweaks in my routine that totally work. Sometimes it surprises me how well she knows my face!

The Spa transitioned to a new owner within the past year and I have seen nothing but positive changes. The entire staff is so caring and pleasant (Susan & Abby are the best!). It feels like everyone there knows me and when I come I feel like a celebrity! One last thing: earlier this year I was having a terrible day and walked into the spa feeling a bit rattled. The staff instantly recognized that my energy was different and were so caring and attentive that it made me want to cry all over again (in a good way though, lol). I say this to make the point that beyond their professionalism, the people at the Spa are just good, kind people, from the owner to the front desk team.

If anything I’ve said sounds like an experience you want to have, then I recommend that you go to Chapel Hill Medical Day Spa for all of your beauty needs. Give them a chance to know you, establish a routine for you, and make sure you stick to that routine and I believe you’ll feel the same.“
