Jeff was a huge factor in me not walking away from Full Stack ever entering my home again for any project both plumbing and gas related. I have a couple of gas related issues coming up involving my stove and exterior grill.He and JJ were a delight to deal with. If I had the ability to do my rating over again for last week's visits I would drop my satisfaction level by several points. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and John. Fantastic, laid-back (in a good way) customer service. Ben was quick and efficient with my time and theirs. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my shower, build an access portal and fix the problem. He also explained and showed me how my whole house water filtration system works. He truly went above and beyond. I was also very satisfied by the dispatch woman who listened to my issue. She was cordial and got me scheduled right away - even called me when they had an opening! I am a big fan of Full Stack Plumbing. As everyone knows it can be hard to get a plumber when you have a problem. Full Stack actually answers their phone, and schedules you very promptly. If the matter is urgent they really try to get there within the day if they can. I have used them for various smaller jobs, like installing a new garbage disposal and snaking out a clogged shower, but this week they installed a new Tankless water heater for me. On our initial discussion Ben took time to explain the benefits of the tankless system to me and provided a range of estimates.
