I had two unexpected but very effective sessions with Steven. Before my first session, I had very little idea of what to expect. All I knew was that I'd tried just about everything to get rid of some painful hives that had surrounded my eyes and nothing else was working. I suspected the source of the problem was emotional but didn't know where to start. The session involved Steven leading me through a series of standing exercises and then pressing on various accupressure points and asking very intuitive questions while I lay on a table. After my session with Steven I felt relaxed, refreshed and relief. I had no idea of how much tension I was holding in my neck, shoulders and hips. I was particularly impressed with how much release and relief I was able to achieve with the standing work alone! Steven creates a super safe environment. Thank you Steven! You are awesome.
