Excellent experience working with FCI. We came across them at a home show in downtown Raleigh and set up the appointment with Jason the following week. We needed flooring replaced in 3 main living areas. The quote was reasonable, his suggestions helpful, we agreed to it, the product was ordered and received very quickly, and the install scheduled for about 10 days later. It took 1 1/2 days and the quality of the work was excellent. We are very happy.

Floor Coverings International installed new wood flooring in our home and completed a full bathroom renovation. As renovations of older homes go, there were unforeseen conditions that came up through the process. Every time, Jason communicated with us what our options were and came up with solutions that led to a beautiful final product. His team was also very respectful of our home and left everything clean and in good shape. We are so happy with our new floors and our new bathroom and look forward to working with Jason and his team for future renovation work!

Great job at a great price. Our pine flooring, formerly battered and discolored, now looks better than new. The carpeting installed on the stairway and hall to our lower level increased both the visual appeal and the safety of that area.
