Generally speaking, this doctor's office is good. It's clean, in a nice location, and has all the basics. I read some of the reviews about wait times, but I can't remember ever waiting for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. And I usually spend less time waiting in the exam room (on occasion my doctor is ~15 minutes behind schedule). I do try to get early morning appointments for these reasons. I appreciate the phlebotomists when I get blood work done-- they are always friendly and quick, and I get my results back within a couple of days. Idle curiosity... I read some of the comments that patients have made about the Timberlyne facility, and I am quite astounded! Many of the comments are a year or more old. My wife and I have always had great Customer Service. The 3 doctors that have seen me have been professional, respectful and knowledgeable. My PCP, Dr. Grandis, has been seeing me for years and is always keen to hear me recite my litany of "ills."
