Craftsman Direct are great to work with - they are true professionals with decades of experience. They communicate well and the quality of their work is top notch. They renovated multiple bathrooms for us and did extensive drywall and carpentry work. You will be so glad you chose to work with them - highly recommend!
My experience with Craftsman Direct was a 10/10. From customer experience to pricing to product quality, everything was perfect. Rick and Lee are top notch professionals and perfect compliments to each other. They did a large scale renovation project on our home that lasted about 6 months all in and required everything from demo to finishes. They were very flexible and accommodating to any changes that needed to be made along the way and always had a great attitude. In sum: fairly priced, high quality, expeditious work!

Lee provided great and prompt service. I had a small hole in the roof and was looking for a temporary patch until the roofers made it out. Lee was able to help me out on the same day. He was punctual and did exactly what was asked at a fair price.
