The owner is phenomenal and such a kind, wonderful woman. She has-- on numerous occasions-- saved me by getting garments cleaned with impeccable turn around time. Today, I purchased a dress from Uniquities down the street for a discounted price due to a missing button. I took the dress in and within 3 minutes, the button was replaced at no charge, despite my repeated attempts to pay her. A lovely chapel hill institution that deserves to be cherished for years to come!

I needed a blazer sleeves hemmed, and it was ruined by Deluxe Cleaners in Carrboro (and the alteration costed $80 I’ll never get back).I took the jacket to this location, and she fixed it flawless! Not only that, she only charged fraction of what I owed her, although it was ruined at a competitor location!Now I take all my dry cleaning and alteration needs here, and they always do a wonderful job getting done what I need.

Great experience. Family atmosphere. I was treated very warmly and didn’t have any issues. Price was reasonable too. All in all this is a good business to come to and I highly recommend it.
