John Kelly's business recently completed a window replacement on the second and third floor of my house in Chapel Hill and I can say without a doubt the experience was the most positive I have ever had with a contractor. The end result was a beautiful and professional installation. In fact, the first floor window installation had been completed by another contractor 2 years ago (exact same window manufacturer), and John was able to show me, in detail, how his installation method is superior to the methods used by most window providers. We live in Apex, NC. This company finished our garage, sealed the garage floor and built a deck for us several years ago. The workmanship is of high quality and we have had no issues with the construction. We are well pleased with the results and neighbors have complimented us on the work. Mr. ***** was a pleasure to work with and checked to insure that all work was completed in a satisfactory manner.

I can't say enough positive accolades about John Kelly and his CHIC crew. From the initial walk around and estimate to the end of the job, nobody is as thorough and professional as John, nor as straightforward about what needs to be done to do the job correctly. His crew's work is flawless and their attention to detail is incomparable. They weren't the cheapest bid I had, but were reasonable and in the ballpark with competitors.
