After looking at the reviews here on Yelp I was hesitant to try this place. However, I did notice that a lot of the reviews don't mention who their nail tech was that handled their service, which is a bit annoying because as a new customer you want to make sure you don't get that bad nail tech. Sooo, I'm reviewing my experience for my nail tech, KIM. I should start by saying that Kim has been amazing! I wanted to wait to write a review because with nails you want to make sure they don't chip, break, etc. I have been here now 3X's, all my appointments have been with Kim, and my nails have never looked better. The one and only nail salon I will go to in Chapel hill! I been coming here for almost 3 years now! It's always so clean and all the employees are so sweet. The owners are lovely people and i can't get enough of the work they do! Flamingo does the best pedicures and the nail art work is fantastic every time! Definitely worth every dime! Thank you for existing!!! ??❤️❤️
Everyone working there was pleasant.
We came in as walk-ins and got the coconut pedicure w stone massage. It was great
