I visited Arrow in Chapel Hill for the first time this past week and was really impressed by the service and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional. Anias was my barber. She took a lot of time to listen to me, asked me lots of questions about the hairstyle I'm trying to go for and gave me good feedback. When she was finished, she gave me exactly what I was looking for. She even took a few extra minutes to show me how to style my hair with the correct styling product. I will definitely be coming back to Arrow again because Anias seems to really care about her customers.

I have gotten my haircut by the same person for almost eight years, so I was anxious about letting someone new touch my hair. I was anxious for nothing because Ava did such an amazing job, I love how my hair looks so much and she was able to trim my hair perfectly to my liking (even with me doing a poor job of describing what I wanted). She was wonderful!
