I see someone referred to the owner as a condescending ass. We had a totally different experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. People usually treat you like you treat them. We had all the flooring in the house replaced. The installers did a phenomenal job! Professional, hard workers, cleaned up, polite and paid attention to all the details. Had fantastic experience from the first phone call to install to follow up call! The owner is onsite & even came to the house to inspect the job. Worked with my mother and made the install happen between her closing and move-in so that her life was not too interrupted. We are so pleased with the staff, the product and the price. Thank you!

Best flooring around. Terry know more about flooring than anyone else in the area, Nikki was so nice to helping pick some out and the installers were great and polite! Not to mention the Brownie the sales dog!
