I’ve been using Carteret Heating and cooling for about 25 years now. They have always done an excellent job. Their techs are very knowledgeable and have been fair in the cost for their services. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a HVAC service provider. 5 star company!
7/4/2024: Updating now two years later, it's 4th of July weekend again and our AC goes out once more. Jordan immediately responded, and promised to send Tommy Lucas over, who showed up late that night around ten pm, still working hard. He was knowledgeable, friendly, found the problem in the condenser unit promptly, and spent the better part of the next hour clearing the condenser so it would function again. Tommy is a first rate specialist working for a first rate company. I only wish I didn't have to keep bothering them every 4th of July weekend.

I am so thankful for April and all the team at Carteret Heating and Cooling. The fan blade broke on our condenser at midnight and I called at 8:00 am and the part was ordered and replaced the next day. With temp being in the 90’s we are so pleased to have it fixed so quickly! Thank you for getting our house back cool again!
