We have been taking our beagles to Brigadoon Animal Hospital for over 25 years. We have a little beagle that has Symmetric Lupoid Onychitis. This is a very painful nail disease. It is difficult to treat and varies with each dog. Hanks nails were sore, some had fallen off, and he was in constant pain. Dr. Morton took time to research and learn the best treatment for our dog. As a result, our little Hank has healthy, pain free nails. We are very thankful to Dr. Morton and Rachel for all the kindness and care they continue to give both of our beagles. This was my first visit to Brigadoon. Everyone was very friendly and polite. They answered every question I had. The vet and vet tech were very good with my dog. They knew that she was starting to get anxious and a little untrustworthy so they did what they could to make her comfortable. It was a great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!
When I was in line to pay a couple came in with two Weiner dogs that barked and raised cane every time someone took a breath. And when they did the woman would yell at them to stop. Thank you for trying to trim my Bengal cat's nails. He's 9 years old and has been coming to Brigadoon since he was a kitten. He has always been neurotic and difficult to trim, but now is impossible. I sincerely appreciate Kelsie and the team for trying 3 times in the past 2 weeks to handle Charlie. I'm sorry!
