I called 3 companies to get quotes for a retaining wall in my backyard. 2 of them handed me quotes for $50k+. Keith from Wilmington Landscapes showed up and showed us why a retaining wall wouldn't solve the problem we were looking to solve which was ultimately a drainage issue. He took his time to kindly explain the options that would address the problem, and dealt with my dumb questions all the way through the process. Keith listened to our ideas and designed the perfect oasis - both he and Megan were efficient and responsive during the entire process. The project was completed in a short time, as promised.
