After interviewing several builders in the Cashier’s area, it was a no-brainer once we met with Cliff Fine. As this is the first time we have had a house built, Cliff and his team have gone above and beyond in helping us with everything from coming up with our plans, to picking out the supplies, to ensuring we stay within budget. Thank you Cliff and team for making our dream retirement home come true.

Fine Build Construction, did a great job building our NC Home, It was done in a timely manor, the Quality was superb. In any project there are always a few bumps and miss communications, but Cliff worked very hard at resolving them. We believe we got a lot of value for our money. Bob Harrell
