We were new to NC so when we became interested in NC property we viewed several YouTube videos from several brokers/agents. We were most impressed with Yoana’s videos. She was very thorough and entertaining and we felt she was honest about the pros and cons of the various areas we were interested in. We contacted her and shortly thereafter met her husband Mihai. We worked with both of them. They were very generous with their time and accommodating. We saw multiple properties in various neighborhoods. Mihai is an excellent realtor who takes the time to get to know what the family is looking for in a house and delivers professionally but in an approachable and kind manner.We are really picky when it comes to purchasing property and his help was immensely valuable. The Prosperous Agency (TPA) is amazing! We purchased our family home 4.5 years ago and were so impressed with both Yoana and Mihai. Not only do they both have a wealth of knowledge in real estate, but they approach every home as if it was their own purchase.
