We love Western Wake! My husband came here when he was a child, and now we bring our son there. Everyone is so friendly, and Jennifer is such a calming presence and answers all of our many questions as new-time parents.
We have had great experiences here. We were able to quickly get our newborn appointments set up and the staff is great. The lactation consultant was also extremely helpful and helped to put our minds at ease. Our baby boy is now 9 months and we have seen multiple providers and find them all outstanding!
I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. We switched from another practice when my daughter was one - we were VERY displeased with the other one and Western Wake was recommended highly. Jen is, in a word, AMAZING. She makes my daughter so comfortable and makes the whole process fun and not scary. The nursing staff is kind and attentive and we rarely have more than a 5-minute wait. Just a phenomenal place to take your kids!
