My wife and I started WCW program Nov 2021. I was skeptical about the program, didn’t want to be hungry, have bubble butt, be tired from lack of energy or be on long term med/supplements to which Dr. Brennan assured us wouldn’t be the case. We both lost substantial weight and have been able to keep it off except for the times when we go back to our old bad habits of eating/ drinking unhealthy. I can't say enough about West Cary Wellness, Dr Brennan and Jess, the office manager. I herniated L5 and hobbled into the office in 8/10 pain. Dr Brennan listened to my situation and looked at my MRI. He outlined a plan for decompression. But that's just the beginning, what I didn't realize at the time was that Dr Brennan would look at everything I needed to heal. We've discussed diet, fascia release and many other non-medical ways to assist my body in healing. I'm now at an intermittent 2/10 and getting better each week. Let me just tell you how impressed and pleased I am to offer my recommendation to anyone needing help with weight loss and nutrition with Dr. Brennan. I went in feeling hopeless with my appearance/attitude and ended Phase 1 feeling like a lion! We are all so different and I kept thinking I was going to be a huge challenge to Dr. Brennan. He was always patient and helped change my way of thinking about the food and the toxins that may seem so tasty but were all bad for me.
