Ultra Roofing replaced our entire roof several years ago. After heavy storms we noticed a leak in an upstairs ceiling and called Ultra Roofing. Liliana, the office manager, answered our phone. She asked smart questions to identify the potential causes of the leaking. She arranged an appointment for roof inspection right away and stated that they were not going to charge us if the fix were quick, and would provide us an estimate of repair if the damage was large and time consuming. A technician came the very next day, found a worn seal around the roof vent pipe, cleaned the area, and applied fresh roofing sealant.
