The Fifth Season Heating and Air

No heat, and first contractor my warranty company called couldn't come for 5 days. They contacted Fifth Season to see if they could come sooner, and they came that same day. Isaam checked everything, found the problem (bad switch). He went to pick up the part - out of stock, so it had to be ordered - but Isaam called to let me know and came back the day it arrived to install it. They tested the furnace and waited to make sure everything was working properly. While they were there, they also checked air flow and offered to change out my filters - one of which requires a very high ladder to reach. Very friendly, knowledgeable, communicated status clearly, came when they said they would each time, and worked with my schedule. I am warm now, and would definitely call them again.

I had used Issam for a recent break down of heating at home. He came on time and was able to pinpoint the issue with gas pressure and fixed it quickly in 20-25 minutes. He still went on to clean the system. I expected that he will fix, just the issue but was pleasantly surprised that he used the time to ensure that nothing else will fail after he left. Although I have not used the system much since the cold weather spike but I am hoping that my system will be good through the winter now.
