Rick, in the Cary location, really went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued tile to finish a project. I had virtually no hope of ever finding it again, but somehow he magically made it happen, and now my bathroom is finished and looks stunning!

I am eternally grateful for all Rick's efforts and truly appreciate his commitment, caring, and dedication. Such quality customer service is very rare, and something you don't see very often anymore.

I purchased some indoor /outdoor carpet for a new Florida Room for my home. I worked with Elizabeth at the Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh location and am extremely pleased with the carpet. The carpet is so beautiful and the service with Elizabeth was great as well.

My wife and I had the best experience when looking for flooring. Everyone we interacted with was very knowledgeable about the different floorings and helped us find what was best for us. Will definitely come back for future renovations and refer friends and family.
