I have been doing the 4 stretches a month plan for about 4 months. I absolutely love it. I'm in my late 40s and getting the assisted stretching is so great. All the flexologists have been good. My favorite is Brian. I always book him if he's available. I have never had an issue with any of the staff. They are always nice. When you're new ask questions because once you are comfortable you just come in, pick a table and your person will come stretch. Most of us are regulars so they just say hi since we know how it works. I highly recommend it, I understand it's expensive, is cheaper than PT which is why I came to help heal a hamstring. I have been a client at the Cary location since they opened. Assisted Stretching has become a part of my wellness routine. I love the way I feel after my visits. The owner and flexologists are exceptional! Just give them a try and you may be surprised how good you feel afterwards.

I went today for the trial offer for a mobility assessment. I was surprised the assessment took only one minute and was done in front of an iPad screen. I'm not convinced of the technology but that's okay. My "stretcher" was Lauren. She was informative but quiet which I didn't mind but I did feel she seemed a bit strained when I asked questions. I'm not sure why. She was very serious which normally I don't mind but a smile here or there would be nice given the uncomfortable positions I was in.
