I've been to True Rest twice now and it's one of the most reinvigorating experiences I've had. One of the best things is as you're floating in the salt water, you have to lose your sense of time. It's easy to become restless, it just takes a little getting used to. The one thing I don't like is we can't control the music. The staff is very courteous and professional, and they keep the facility very clean. Also, for beginners, the 8 minute orientation video explains everything pretty well. And don't forget the oxygen bar afterwards!

I have visited many float spas by True Rest and this one was very disappointing. I personally have had an account for over 2 years. I gifted 3 floats to my mom, brother, and pregnant sister in law. I made sure to specifically inform the person making my appointment that this was a surprise for my sister in law and I specifically asked that she NOT be contacted prior to the appointment. I refused email but gave them her phone number and I was assured she would not be contacted and yet she was. It literally ruined the whole element of surprise. Visited this location a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The two ladies working there were having an issue with the pods not working but they made sure I was able to float and made it up to my mom and I for the inconvenience. Great customer service! Very similar to the Raleigh location, don’t hesitate to come try floating out here.
