The details... I hired Baker Roofing for a home renovation project. I needed 3 living room windows removed and replaced with a 4 panel slider door. My experience was great from beginning to end. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week. Robert Holt, the sales person, came out to look at the house, take some measurements and we discussed the project at length. I received an estimate within a few days. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was then assigned a project manager, Robert Allen, who was great to work with. He kept me informed of the schedule, the delivery of the new door and he was on-site pretty much the whole time that his crew was here. The door installer and door tech, Octavio and Brian were also fantastic. The crew arrived on installation day and took great care of their work area. They placed tarps and plastic covers everywhere to minimize the cleanup. They were quick, very attentive to details and completed the job in 2 days! I am extremely pleased with the finished project.“

Communication, in the beginning, was severely lacking with the production manager. He was unresponsive and that was frustrating. It improved greatly once the job started. “Little Corner completed a large porch/sunroom addition at our home in Solterra, featuring an Endless Pool. They also added a tiled, accessible walk-in shower in our primary bathroom and completely renovated the second floor of our home to create a secondary living space.

“The work on my house blossomed into more work for Darrell so much that he had to go to other jobs and come back to finish them! I added the shed & deck to the original job. First he power washed and checked for irregularities in the structures and wood. We had quite a few boards that got spackled and a lot of the soffit under the gutters were rotten through. Once the bases were repaired to his satisfaction, the exterior color and trim were applied in a flash! The shed was stained and the deck got new boards and a fresh coat of deck saver. He easily fixed our issues and then proceeded to check all the other windows in our home. He found one Window whose frame looked a little rusted. He immediately ordered a replacement, free under warranty, like all of the work he performed. Dylan showed us how to spray the window tracks so the windows would open and close easily. I was approached by other companies about 3x a week but was told by a friend to call Feazel. No high pressure sales pitches as I received from others, no squishy contract terms, just honest answers to my questions and a great job. How confident are they with their own work? They give you a 50 year transferable warranty! They took the stress out of a project that was really giving me worry.
