Knowledgeable, timely, and fair. We were very grateful a friend referred us to roto rooter when another plumbing company told us they would have to tear up our finished basement floor to fix our plumbing issue. Roto rooter actually specializes in basement/slab plumbing for those specific issues - there are NEW ways to address those issues! Don’t let someone else rip you off and not share all the options available, even if it means you don’t use them. Thank you thank you thank you!

Technicians were very knowledgeable and they were thorough in their repairs. They answered all my questions and concerns. Their pricing was fair and they offered me a veterans discount which I appreciated. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing Issues I may have.
