My son was here for a national baseball tournament from Seattle and needed some tips on how to address tightness in his lower right back muscle. Kevin was detailed and thorough in his instruction and techniques which gave me confidence that he’s seen this many times before. I gave Kevin a < 5 min background on my son and how the tightness occurred and he immediately knew the source of the issue and proceeded with therapy. I will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Cary for competition.
My son is a serious runner, and Kevin has done a lot to address underlying weaknesses that were leading to pain and injuries. He helped keep our son healthier than many peers running similar mileage. He doesn’t file insurance, but you may find that his price is not that different than your normal co-pay. I tried another physical therapist from the list with discounted co-pays and wasted a lot of money for months before going to Kevin. I felt way better after three sessions.
I almost want to gatekeep Dr. Prue so nobody else knows about him, but as a previous reviewer said, he is Magic! He healed my plantar fasciitis after the podiatrist said "ice it and take ibuprofen". He takes the time to explain the body mechanics of why you are experiencing a pain or dysfunction, and then creates a plan to prevent future injuries. He has seen most members of my family and knows us personally, taking the time to ask about us which is so great. I'll continue to see him as long as he is in practice - he's that good!
