Service itself is good. Team is all over the place but management keeps much too tight a leash on them. Poor communication, lack of communication, and takes lightyears for management to address anything. Was overcharged weeks ago (when their employee lied to them about my service) and I literally paid the price for her flub up instead of the company apologizing for the issue.Next stop: fraudulent activity claim :(Team: If you see this and would like to resolve it would be wonderful - Please call me!
