Super first impression person. Very personable and knowledgeable about the product. My clothes look great. I did have a piece that the stains didn’t come out of but she was very upfront about it. Will continue to have them do our dry cleaning.
This was my first experience with Medlin-Davis cleaners. The associate that assisted me at drop off and pick up was the same and I could not have asked for anyone to be more helpful and kind. She is definitely a keeper for this business!
Dropped off multiple items for dry cleaning. A button came back broken from the service but they made it more than right. The owner called me, they sewed a new one on at no charge. Even offered to reimburse me for the cost to buy a new button. Things happen, but they went above and beyond to fix it. Also I like that they have an email system to notify you when your clothes are done. Prices are transparent on their QR code.
