Linda Trevor & Company are the VERY best at what they do. She has developed a STRONG Team that have a role in getting your home sold quickly. Ours sold in 7 days is great considering we lived a specialized market 55 & older. They use a tool Home by ShowingTime. It signals me to accept, reject or change any potential buyer’s time they wish to see my home. I was totally in control of any Buyer’s request to see my home. So, there were no surprise visits or phone calls.Their marketing is beyond anything I could have imagined! The pictures that were taken for the Listing & Brochure were Top Notch. I just can’t put into words how wonderful Linda & her team have been. I am listing my house, and from the moment she came to view my property, I knew she was the REAL DEAL. Only one word comes to me when I think of Linda Trevor & Co. That word is: PERFECTION! My family put our house on the market late December 2023, right before Christmas, and it sold early January 2024. The consultation, staging for the professional pictures, and the timely emails and phone calls were handled so professionally and were very time efficient.
