Very easy process and beautiful result. JM worked with me obtaining documents necessary for my HOA. Deck is exactly what I ordered and included everything we discussed. All staging areas in back yard and by the street were cleaned when complete. Very happy customer.

It was a great and satisfying experience working with JM who built a 3 season room, 2 decks in addition to a mini one for a hot tub, a patio area with a seating wall and a walkway. They were referred to us by a colleague and they did not disappoint. JM was responsive with clear communication and provided fantastic design ideas at a competitive price. The work done was top-notch, and the quality of the job was second to none. 100% satisfied with JMDecks. These guys were a pleasure to work with. They designed and installed a new composite deck including provisions for sinking a hot tub into the deck surface. They were neat, polite, showed up when they said they would, and completed the project on schedule at a price substantially lower than the 3 other deck builders we interviewed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Incredibly, 3 guys completed this project in 6 1/2 days. The Raleigh building inspectors had nothing but compliments as well.
