Although I did not end up using InShape Medical's weight loss program, I can't say enough about their customer service, which is why I am leaving a review. Their program is excellent and I would definitely sign up for it if I had more weight to lose. For me, it was a cost/benefit decision. The NP (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) who took my blood and also provided information on their program is very sweet and professional. I want to call out the office manager, Michele for her amazing customer service. She went above and beyond and I am grateful for her professionalism and kindness. I will definitely recommend InShape Medical to others.
Had an excellent experience with this team. Lost the weight as they described and took the responsibility to eat as per the rules to get the expected results. Everyone was kind and courteous during all of our visits and consults. Thank you for the help as it was greatly needed and is greatly appreciated!
After the passing of my mother, I fell into old/bad habits and subsequently felt horrible. I needed a plan to get back on track with diet and exercise. Michele and the rest of the staff at Inshape Medical helped me find a plan that was perfect for my needs. I was able to reach my goals in record time! I loved the education, encouragement and constant support that I received throughout my journey. The staff was always professional, kind and courteous…and they me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be using them in the future for other services!!
