There are not enough words to describe Sahana and her skills. I’ve had a number of massages over the years. But Sahana is the first that took the time not only to understand where my tension was coming from, but also customized my massage to really try and help my body get out of freeze mode.
Her ability to target lymphatic blocks along with sciatic problems truly was a game changer. I can’t wait for my next one.
I absolutely love my time spent at Indiva Spa and services with Sahana. I am typically rushing from my stressful job and all wound up when I arrive. When I leave, though, I have this feeling that is both relaxed (understatement) and energized. I know this is a strange blend, but it's fascinating and I will come back whenever possible. Highly recommend!!
Hands down an amazing experience. She was thorough and communicative, just the way she explained what she was doing and how it coincided with other areas was mind blowing.
