I came here looking for a doorbell camera for my new apartment with zero previous knowledge of any products. I was originally going with one item since it was the only brand I was familiar with, but Sayer helped me find a better (and cheaper product as it was on sale) that better suited my needs! He was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products his store carried. Definitely my favorite Best Buy to go to, they never do me wrong!

Representative, Matt Joyner, was so wonderful to work with! I appreciated how he approached me with friendliness and no pressure to see how he could help. I shared the research I'd done on a new TV I was looking to purchase and he really listened to what I was looking for and made my buying experience so easy, fast, and surprisingly painless. My experience with the Geek Squad was amazing. I was able to get an appointment within 3 hours of calling. The technician was on time for my appointment. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem right on the spot! I highly recommend Geek Squad.
