I can truly say I feel amazing today. My back was hurting this AM and I went to Gard Wellness for a treatment. The staff listened to my concerns and had me do a hydrotherapy massage treatment for 15 minutes, which was so relaxing, and then Dr. Gard adjusted me. I felt so much better! I was able to continue a heavy schedule when I got home and I still feel no pain and have good ROM at this writing. Thank you to the staff and the Gard's for giving such patient centered care to me. What a relief!

My gratitude for Dr. Aliya Gard and her husband Dr. Lance Gard, owners of Gard Wellness Center in Cary, NC is so immense, it's hard to put it into words! I have been going to chiropractors for a long time but I never had the kind of care + relief that I have received after my care plan at GWC plus I'm on a maintenance program now which is wonderful. I also have had laser treatment there for pain in my foot which after just a few treatments went away. PLUS, Dr. Gard was instrumental in helping me with supplementation. I am VERY grateful for her and the GWC team. THANK YOU!

I've recently moved to the area from the west coast and was nervous about finding my chiropractic home in the area. It's not easy to trust just anyone with your spinal health. I was lucky to find Gard Wellness along my extensive search journey. I ultimately decided to give them a try because of the health care philosophy posted on their website. Their office is clean and bright and has very cheery and healthful energy. Dr. Lance Gard has only adjusted me 3 or 4 times and I already feel a marked difference in my pain level, range of motion and quality of sleep. All of the staff is friendly. The Sr. Intake coordinator, Siara is especially warm and delightful. I intend to continue my plan of care with them for a while.
