The owner and employees are great. They excel in everything they do, from personal communication, being there ahead of their time window, knowledge, work ethic, and standing behind their work and products. 100% Professional!! My A/C went out. The technician came out and told me what needed to be repaired. I, and I stress "I", asked about replacing the unit. No attempts to up sell, or get me to buy something I didn't need. He contacted the owner and I was quoted a great price. The owner said they would do their best to get it in that day, but may be next or day after. About 2 hours later, the owner personally delivered the new unit and let me know his crew was on the way...read full review

What an amazing company. Our 15 year old gas furnace went out recently and I tried all the tips online to get it going again, with no luck. Although the company had a small driving fee because we live about an hour away, it was so worth it. I was convinced that I'd have to get a new furnace because of its age and because we had several bills due, haha. However, Enviro-NC only had to repair a switch. The repairman was professional and honest. He could have told me I needed a new furnace, and I wouldn't have questioned it. But he didn't, so Environ-NC has my business from now on. I just hope not to see them for awhile, no offense:)
