Hi All,I warn those who will go here, do not go! If you must go, at least stay away from doctors named S..nya and D..id. My wife had a tooth crow in another clinic, but her pain did not go away. It turned out that the tooth needed root canal treatment, but somehow the doctors didn't see it in the movies they shot. (We will also make a complaint about that clinic.) As a result, we decided to go to another clinic and came here. I don't want to prolong it. D..id broke my wife's tooth trying to get it out. We think D..id is bad enough to joke with someone crying because of a toothache. By the way, this tooth was taken with the advice of S..nya, who does root canal treatment....read full review

In July of this year 2021 I decided to begin a search for a new dentist. From Insurance Company, Humana, I got a list and settled on a dentist at Riccobene and Associates Cary West, a Banachowski, Tyler J DDS.I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and the opening was November 3rd. so I show up on the appointed date and hour. I am taken to a hygienist's office and prepared for a cleaning. This preparation included trying to get x rays from my prior Dentists. I have a lot of experience with dentists and have never been so frustrated with a practice before. I appreciate the care that the dentists and dental assistants have provided, but have often had to wait in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes and then in the exam room another 20-30 without the dentist seeing me. My dentist was changed halfway through my treatment plan without any notice. The staff talked over the top of me during my procedure about how the dentist was double booked all that Friday at two different offices.
