Closest thing to a painless dentist! Great at working with your insurance, and friendly and accommodating and their hygienist is extremely kind and professional. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I’ve been a patient at Cary Smiles for over 15 years and seen it passed amongst 3 doctors over the years. The receptionist is always welcoming and helpful and the dental hygienist always remembers me and does a thorough cleaning. When I arrived to my last appointment it was immediately clear to me that Dr. Shah is investing a lot in modernizing the office, not only cosmetically but with updated devices, fixed a machine that has been broken for a while, and the practice has a new patient portal software. This office is fantastic! It’s like a little family. The hygienist remembers me from previous times and ask how things are going. They genuinely care! I have been going there for over 10 years. Even though there has been a changes in practice I still highly recommend. I have have had numerous dental issues over the last couple months but Dr. Shah has been amazing!! If you need a recommendation, I highly recommend this office!!!
