Dr. Reddy could use professional development training. Dr. Reddy was unwilling to order a medical necessary MRI which showed some results that needed to be known. The only reason it was order is because of my advocacy and my willingness to stand firm on what was required for my health. Dr. Reddy violated HIPAA when she had her assistant read out the results in detail in a voicemail message. The paperwork CLEARLY states to DO NOT provide test results by phone. She failed to schedule a follow up to appropriately explain the results. People like her are able to hide under having black people work for her all the while discriminating discreetly. Dr. Reddy expect a medical board complaint for your disregard of HIPAA.
I've been a patient of Dr. Shoffner's for more than 18 years (when she first joined the group) & prior to her Dr. Elaine Holt was my PCP. Throughout this time I've always received excellent medical care from all the providers and support staff in the practice. The office personnel has also always treated me with great care and with concern for my health and well-being all in a very professional and hospitable manner. I've been living with serious medical issues since I was 19 and have dealt with numerous health care providers in my lifetime and I can w/o question say that Dr.Shoffner is the absolute best. She's knowledgeable, supportive and cares about her patients. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. My ONLY concern is that she will eventually retire before I'm long gone from this earth and I'll need to find another physician like her. Which I know would be a great challenge.
