Jake and his team have been amazing to work with. I had a water pipe bust & flood my downstairs and they were there next day for remediation and gutting everything. Jake is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully and concise. Great at communicating through text and keeping you updated on scheduling. Thank you to your team- Landon, Joey, Tyler, fabian, Felix and more for being so polite and taking great care in fixing my house! I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do it will be Carolina water damage restoration!!

Jake and his team did a wonderful job taking care of our home after our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. Communication was amazing, and we are thankful for their attention to detail and for fixing things that a previous contractor had overlooked. Jake and his team were recommended to us by our plumber when we discovered we had a water leak in the wall in our utility room. It took our plumber two days to make it out to our home, but Jake's team were there the same day I called and isolated and plugged the leak and began the drying out process. Thanks to CWDR, we were able to stay at home that night and have water in our home until the repairs could be completed. When it came time to do the restoration work, CWDR estimated it would take a total of 2-weeks. I explained we were only 1-week from leaving the country for family vacation and Jake went to work.
