He only recommends what is absolutely needed and doesn’t try to force unnecessary products or services on you. He takes as much time as needed to ensure your pet has an stress-free, comfortable and even fun experience at his clinic. My fur baby actually enjoys going to the vet now; whereas, before it was like pulling teeth just to try to get him through the door. His staff is top-notch as they greet you and your fur baby immediately upon entering the clinic. Simply love coming here. Very family oriented establishment and Dr Wallace is very caring and straight forward. He even emails us way after hours to make sure our dog is doing well after his visit.
I just want to say, this by far was the nicest, caring vet office I've ever been to. the girl's at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The doc was amazingly attentive to my dog. (we were only there for a rabies shot) we got a ton of great advice and tips. The doc really showed an interest in my dog and that alone was a change for me, compared to othere vet offices we have been to ( we would've gotten the shot and shown the door, after a big bill of course). We also received a post visit email reviewing what we discussed. I guess it is the little things! great job and thanks!
