I have left 3 messages within the last 2 weeks to get scheduled for an appointment and haven’t received any calls back. I am highly disappointed, this is to get myself and my children scheduled for cleanings. I used to receive good customer service, obviously some things have changed!!
Dr Edward C Monroe has been giving me quality dental care and work for over 15 yrs. He and his staff clearly explain any procedure needed . It is their aim for me to be satisfied after every appointment. When my daughter was going up, she was literally happy to know she would be going to the dentist that day. That is unheard of, I know!
From checking in with Melissa A. who was very friendly and had all my information ready to the kind and thorough care and treatment I received from Dr. O and Casey, I had an excellent visit. This was for an emergency visit and all of my concerns were addressed. This also included patient explanations from Digna about my treatment plan. As a first time patient at the O2 office in Southern Pines, I look forward to continuing to be treated with this wonderful team!
I returned to O2 Dental in Southern Pines on 7/15 to see Presley, the hygienist for a deep cleaning. I was a bit anxious and she completely put me at ease! She has a very gentle touch yet was so thorough....read full review
