“So far so great! :) Julie is really good with curly frizzy hair. More than that, the salon was kind to a first-time client who was both a) in a big rush before a flight the same day and b) late to the appointment and c) could not find the location. One of the receptionists (I feel bad that I can't remember her name) actually came out onto the street and walked a couple of blocks to find me. Above and beyond, and most importantly, a terrific cut that accomplished everything I asked for to the letter. I said "no pyramid shape, please, and make it go in and then out" and Julie translated that piece of gibberish into exactly what I wanted, haha. Well done, will be back. :)“
